At Sweet Spirit Cleaning Co., we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and rescheduling terms so there are no surprises. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation notice required

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without penalty. This allows us to fill that time slot and ensures our team is compensated for their availability.

2. How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact us as soon as possible by:

Cancellations requested outside of business hours will be recorded as of the next business day unless confirmed via email.

3. Lockout policy

If our team arrives at your property and is unable to access the premises (locked out, no one home, access code not provided), this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the 100% fee will apply. Please ensure access is arranged before your appointment.

4. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We allow up to 2 reschedules per booking before the appointment must be re-booked as a new service.

In these cases, we will contact you as early as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. No cancellation fees will be charged to you.

6. Recurring service cancellations

For clients on a recurring cleaning schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), the same cancellation policy applies to each individual appointment. If you wish to pause or discontinue recurring service, please notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled appointment.

Please note: Repeated last-minute cancellations (3 or more within a 6-month period) may result in a requirement to pay a deposit to secure future bookings, or termination of recurring service at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Sweet Spirit Cleaning Co. does not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will do our best to make it right, which may include a return visit to address the concern at no additional charge.

Any cancellation fees charged are non-refundable.
